Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by emailing support@toogracious.com or calling our customer care.

Orders once processed/shipped cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of approval.
Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. For COD orders, we refund via bank transfer.
Non-Returnable Items

Items on sale/discount, accessories, and personalized products are not eligible for return.
